Pakistan's first AI enabled esthetic clinic

Tell us what is bothering you.

Tell our AI Assistant what is bothering you, in your own words or by tapping an answer. It will tell you which treatments are usually right for what you describe, and which are not. It takes about two minutes.

This is a guide, not an examination. Nothing is decided until someone has looked at you properly. Results vary from person to person, and some people are better off not being treated at all.

Healing TouchAI Assistant

What this actually does

Most people arrive at a clinic knowing something is bothering them and not knowing what it is called. That is a bad position to be in, because it makes it hard to tell a fair recommendation from a sales pitch.

This assistant asks you the same questions we would ask in the room. What is bothering you, how long it has been going on, what you have already tried, and the medical questions that change what is safe for you. Then it tells you which of our treatments are usually right for what you have described, which are not, and roughly what to expect.

It takes about two minutes and it is free. Nothing is sent to the clinic unless you press the button at the end.

It will tell you when the answer is no

This is the part worth knowing about. The assistant is built to recommend nothing when nothing is the right answer, and there are rules in the code that it cannot talk its way around.

  • Round bald patches that appeared quickly get sent for a diagnosis, and it will not suggest a hair transplant for them, because a transplant into that does not hold.
  • Sudden shedding after an illness, a pregnancy or a stressful few months gets told to have blood tests first, because that kind of hair fall usually recovers on its own.
  • Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding is steered away from injectables and lasers.
  • Anyone who has taken isotretinoin in the last six months is told that this changes the plan for now.
  • A mole that has changed gets looked at before anybody discusses removing it.

Those are not suggestions to the model. They are enforced after it answers, so they hold every time.

Questions people ask about it

Is it free?
Yes. Nothing to sign up for, and you are not asked for a phone number to see your answer.
Does it replace seeing a doctor?
No. It is a guide, not an examination. Some of its answers tell you to see a doctor before any cosmetic treatment, and those are the most important answers it gives.
Will it push me towards the expensive option?
No. It regularly recommends nothing at all. If your hair loss looks like it will recover on its own, it says so rather than selling you a course of injections.
What happens to what I type?
Your answers produce your result. Nothing reaches the clinic unless you choose to send it at the end, and that only happens if you press the button.
Which treatments does it know about?
All twenty that we offer, from botox and fillers through to hair transplant and laser. You can also browse them yourself or start from what is bothering you.
