What is bothering you
Acne Treatment in Islamabad
Active acne gets treated before anything cosmetic. Treating the scars while the spots are still coming is money spent twice.
What is actually going on
Acne is not a hygiene problem and it is not caused by eating badly. It is oil, blocked pores, bacteria and inflammation, usually driven by hormones. That is why scrubbing harder makes it worse.
Some acne belongs in a clinic like ours and some belongs with a dermatologist holding a prescription pad. Knowing which is which is the whole consultation.
If you have deep, painful lumps under the skin that last for weeks and leave marks, that is nodulocystic acne and it needs medical treatment, not a facial. We will tell you that rather than sell you a course of peels.
Which one sounds like you
| Blackheads and congestion | Clogged pores across the nose and chin. Responds well to in-clinic treatment. |
| Small red spots | Inflamed but shallow. Usually a mix of in-clinic work and the right routine. |
| Deep painful lumps | Sits under the skin for weeks. Needs a doctor and usually medication. |
| Breaking out suddenly as an adult | Worth investigating rather than just treating. Hormones, medication and stress all show up on the face. |
What we would use, and why
- HydrafacialClears congestion without the squeezing that damages skin. Gentle enough to have while acne is active.
- Chemical PeelsA course keeps the pores turning over. The workhorse for mild to moderate acne.
- MesotherapySupportive, once the cause is being handled.
- MicroneedlingOnly once the active acne has settled, for what it leaves behind.
- Skin RejuvenationFor the overall tone afterwards.
Being honest with you
We will say no to some of you. If your acne is severe, or if it is scarring as it heals, the right answer is a dermatologist and possibly isotretinoin, not a course of facials. We would rather send you away and see you in a year for the scarring than take your money now. Also worth knowing: if you have taken isotretinoin in the last six months, that changes what your skin can safely have, and our AI Assistant will ask you about it.

Can you clear my acne in one session?
Will a facial make me break out?
Should I be on medication instead?
I am pregnant. What can I have?
Not sure which of these you have?
That is the most common reason people book. Describe it to our AI Assistant in your own words and it will tell you which treatments usually suit, which do not, and when the honest answer is to see a doctor first. About two minutes.
